Senior Neurofunctional Training
As we age, changes in balance, coordination, strength, memory, and mobility can affect daily life, reduce independence, and increase reliance on family members or community. These challenges can have a significant impact on overall wellbeing and quality of life.
At NASIRA, our Senior Neurofunctional Training programmes combine cognitive stimulation with purposeful physical exercise to help maintain and improve the abilities needed for independent living. By training the brain and body together, we aim to support mobility, balance, confidence, mental sharpness, and everyday functioning.

Particular emphasis is placed on addressing common age-related challenges such as instability, dizziness, reduced mobility, muscular weakness, and declining cognitive function. Through engaging and enjoyable training sessions, participants are encouraged to remain active, capable, and confident while preserving their independence for as long as possible.
Our group programmes are ideal for seniors who wish to maintain their overall fitness, mobility, and cognitive wellbeing in a supportive social environment. For those experiencing specific physical or cognitive difficulties, individual sessions provide a personalised approach that allows us to address individual needs, limitations, and goals in greater detail. At NASIRA, our goal is to help older adults maintain their independence, enhance their quality of life, and continue living actively and confidently for as long as possible.
