Kids Advanced (Age 6-9)

In children aged 6–9, the brain is still highly adaptable and continues to refine the neural systems responsible for attention, learning, self-regulation, and behaviour. Executive functions such as working memory, cognitive flexibility, sustained attention, and impulse control are developing rapidly and can be effectively strengthened through targeted, engaging experiences.

Our neurocognitive training programme combines dynamic movement with progressively challenging cognitive tasks. This dual-task approach enhances the interaction between motor and cognitive brain networks, particularly those involved in planning, focus, and self-regulation. The aim is to build strong foundations for cognitive, emotional, and behavioural development during a crucial stage of learning and brain maturation.

For children aged 6–9, this leads to improved concentration, better behavioural control, enhanced coordination, and greater mental flexibility—key skills for navigating school demands and structured learning environments. A central element of the programme is creating a positive, motivating environment where children feel challenged but not overwhelmed. This supports emotional balance, strengthens confidence, and improves learning outcomes. Each session is adapted to the child’s individual developmental level to ensure appropriate challenge, enjoyment, and steady progress.

In addition, we offer personalised one-on-one training for children who benefit from a more individualised approach, allowing for tailored pacing and focused support.
