Girls – Peak Performance Course (Age 14-17)

In adolescents aged 14–17, the brain is in its final phase of structural and functional maturation. Networks responsible for executive functions such as planning, decision-making, attention control, and emotional regulation become increasingly efficient, yet are still highly adaptable. This makes adolescence a key period for developing advanced cognitive and self-regulation skills.

Our neurocognitive training programme combines physically demanding movement with complex cognitive tasks that require focus, adaptability, and rapid decision-making. This dual-task approach strengthens communication between brain systems involved in executive control, attention, and motor coordination, supporting more efficient performance under pressure.

For this age group, the neuroplasticity approach translates into improved concentration, better stress regulation, stronger performance under pressure, and enhanced ability to switch between tasks—key skills for school, sport, and everyday independence.

Motivation and emotional responsiveness are particularly strong during adolescence. Training that is goal-oriented, challenging, and meaningful helps maintain engagement while building discipline, confidence, and resilience. The aim is to strengthen cognitive and emotional performance during a critical transition into adulthood, supporting long-term academic, athletic, and personal success.

Each programme is individually adapted, with optional one-on-one coaching for more targeted development and specific performance goals.
