Neurocognitive Training for Children

Every child develops differently. Some children may experience challenges with attention, self-regulation, emotional control, coordination, or adapting to everyday demands, while others simply benefit from additional support to strengthen focus, confidence, and cognitive performance. Our neurocognitive training programmes combine cognitive and movement-based exercises to develop attention, working memory, emotional regulation, impulse control, cognitive flexibility, and goal-directed behaviour.

Training may benefit children with:

  • attention, focus, or self-regulation difficulties
  • coordination or sensory challenges
  • emotional regulation and impulse control difficulties
  • parents seeking to further support their child’s cognitive and personal development

By integrating physical and cognitive training, children also improve coordination, balance, body awareness, and overall wellbeing. Every programme is individually tailored to the child’s strengths, needs, and developmental goals. Our aim is to help children build confidence, resilience, independence, and skills that positively support everyday life at school, at home, in sports, and in social environments.
